Psalm 145:1 I will praise you, my God and King, and bless your name forever and ever.
E. Peterson: Praise raises a banner, blazoned with God’s name and attributes, high into the air. Thrust against the sky, the celebrative flag catches the attention of the wandering and aimless and leads them in a parade of joy.
Prayer: God, I want to fill the air with the notices of your goodness and attract drifting minds to a new allegiance to your Lordship, through Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior. Amen.
