Many, many a year ago — I memorized a passage that has stuck with me…
Recently (the past 10 days or so) — the Spirit has brought this passage to mind again & again. My wife and I have been facing a number of things that have been very hard for us & that is why this passage keeps coming to mind…
Psalm 112 (living bible)
Such a man will not be overthrown by evil circumstances. God’s constant care of him will make a deep impression on all who see it. He does not fear bad news, nor live in dread of what may happen. For he is settled in his mind that Jehovah will take care of him. That is why he is not afraid but can calmly face his foes (or fears). He gives generously to those in need. His deeds will never be forgotten. He shall have influence and honor.
My hope for you my fellow sojourner, is that it ministers to your soul also.
